Due to the nature of digital services, refunds cannot be issued once the service has commenced or been delivered. If a client wishes to cancel a service, this must be requested prior to the commencement of work.
Monthly service packages can be cancelled by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
In cases where services have not yet started, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
